Using JIRA and Confluence for project management
I would have added customizing Confluence however had seen 2.8 Beta (in use here) and don't feel as strong a need now for customizing - 2.8 adds a great deal of usability! I would however be interested in knowing how other people may be customizing the look and feel - without special add-ins  (Sorry, we don't have the technical support to maintain Confluence with additional, customized plug-ins - we're lucky that we are able to just keep up with the frequent upgrades of the main confluence app by itself!) BTW - great company Atlassian! You started the ball rolling and continue to keep it moving in great directions for usability!
