OEM Pricing for Atlassian Products

  • Pricing is based on the following factors depending on which is greater:
    • a minimum amount per license OR
    • 50% of the MSRP, AND
    • a minimum purchase of 6 to 10 licenses depending on the Atlassian product

Pricing Model

Installed Products
  • Minimum amount per license
    • This pricing is based on the retail price of an Atlassian product x 2 (due to benefits mentioned above).
      • Ex: Confluence Unlimited retail price = US $8,000, OEM price = US $16,000

OR

  • 50% of the retail price of the offering to the end user.
    • If the MSRP is greater than US $32,000 per license, Atlassian requires 50% of the MSRP price.
      • Ex: Partner MSRP is US $50,000, payment to Atlassian equals US $25,000 per license.

AND

  • A minimum purchase of licenses in the first year.
    • Depending on the product Partner agrees to a minimum purchase by the end of the first year of the agreement.
      • Ex: For Unlimited Edition of Confluence - Partner must purchase 6 licenses at US $16,000 each
      • Ex: For Enterprise Edition of JIRA - Partner must purchase 10 licenses at US $9,600 each
Hosted Services

Atlassian offers the following pricing model for OEM partners on Hosted JIRA and Confluence. This pricing model is based on 12-months of hosted services.

  • Minimum amount per license
    • This pricing is based on the retail price of an Atlassian product x 2 (due to benefits mentioned above).
      • Ex: Confluence Unlimited retail price = US $7,490, OEM price = US $14,980

OR

  • 50% of the retail price of the offering to the end user.
    • If the MSRP is greater than US $29,960 per license, Atlassian requires 50% of the MSRP price.
      • Ex: Partner MSRP is US $50,000, payment to Atlassian equals US $25,000 per license.


AND

  • There is a minimum purchase of licenses within the first year.
    • Partner agrees to a minimum purchase of six (6) licenses by the end of the first year of the agreement.
      • Ex: For Unlimited Edition - Partner must purchase 6 licenses at US $14,980 each
