• Strategy and Roadmap:  We start with a business conversation about the goals for your Community initiative.  Critical to the success of any Community project is the establishment of key   "First Principles" that will guide your decision making.  We'll help you establish the business case, develop the rollout plan, determine the key capabilities of the Community, and select the right combination of technologies to support your vision.

• Information Architecture and Site Design:  Through the development of the information and user experience models, user stories, wire frames, and design story boards, we'll jointly design the content, page hierarchy, user navigation, and look and feel of your Community site.

•  Application Development:  We work with a variety of Web 2.0 technologies and have found that the mashup of several products is often required to deliver a vibrant Community experience.  By involving the users early and often in the process, we can more easily make mid-course corrections that are inevitable in the application development process.  Using the XP development methodology, we deliver small releases of the application that can be evaluated and tested by your team on an ongoing bases. 

•  Post-Implementation Support:  The success of a Community site can be measured in many ways - user participation levels and the volume of traffic being two of the most important.  We'll work with your team to analyze the metrics, conduct any user research needed and make recommendations on ways to improve your Community site to meet your goals.
