Comskil provides organizational development, leadership coaching, process improvement consulting, training, and appraisal services. Comskil is an SEI Partner and licensed to lead Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) appraisals and to teach the Intro to CMMI course. Appraisals and Assessments

Comskil is licensed by the SEI to perform SCAMPI^SM (SEI CMMI® Appraisal Method for Process Improvement) version 1.2 appraisals. We have developed the industry best practices that will keep your appraisal short, cost effective, and maximize benefit to your organization. Comskil leads appraisals in half the time of other Partners based on years of technical expertise, model experience, and good business sense. Our SEI authorized experts have been leading appraisals since 1988.

Comskil distinguishes itself with its highly efficient team techniques. These techniques substantially decrease consolidation time and make the consensus and rating process easy. We also do fully electronic appraisals, working with your electronic evidence and our own electronic progress, review, and assessment tool.

Training

Comskil provides a selection of public training courses which are delivered throughout the year. Our instructors are fully qualified and bring an extensive set of examples and scenarios from over 25 years of experience working in all aspects of Software Engineering, Systems and Software Management, and Process Improvement.

Our courses are designed to support your organization by providing Leadership, Team Management, and Process Improvement workshops and courses. Our instructors have combined aspects of real-life experience, ISO, Six Sigma, PMI, CMMI Development, and ITIL knowledge, in conjunction with leadership, mentoring, and coaching technologists and leaders, and (integrated and non-integrated) team management training and instruction.
