New Aspects Atlassian practice: Every phase of development is available, from working with stakeholders to envision a solution, through design, implementation, configuration and into coding and testing customizations.

• Atlassian General Consulting/Configuration/Admin: This is a blended function including working with requirements, suggesting best practices, design, UI, configuration and working with your specific business flows. It also includes project management and testing. This can vary from a single person to a project team, depnending on the scope and timeframe required.
• Plugins and Coding Customizations: Coding, customizing or the development of plugins. Depending upon the size of the contract, this may include multiple people or just one as the job warrants.
• SOA, Performance or Architecture Improvement: Consulting specifically in the areas of performance, architecture and sizing. This includes all tasks associated with performance and architecture, and may be part of a larger general consulting effort. Depending upon the size of the contract, this may include multiple people or just one as the job warrants.
• On-site Consultation: This is a 2-day onsite package that includes a Director/Principal member of our team meeting with your stakeholders and management to suggest best practices and how Atlassian products might best be used. This normally involves written suggestions of next steps, some base flows and plans for future phases being mapped out. This includes 1.5 days of meetings/analysis and a 1/2 day formal writeup of suggestions.
• Webex Formal Group Trainings: These live 3-hour formal training courses cover either JIRA or Confluence remotely over Webex, and have been developed for a combination of users and administrators. Each is recorded, coming with a copy of the training materials used.
• Onsite Formal Group Trainings: These 3-hour formal training courses are taught onsite by New Aspects and cover a combination of users and administrators for people who need onsite training. Confluence and JIRA courses available, a copy of the training materials is included.
• Custom Training: Just like our onsite training, but extending the existing content matter to meet your specific needs.

Additional Offerings: We have additional practices around MuleSource, Spring, Aspect Oriented Programming and other packages of services if you did not find what you need in the list above.
