AUG Cookbook-- Registration, Surveys, Marketing Collateral

Registration

Registration should being approximately 1/2 hour to 1 hour before the event. Please set up a registration table that includes:

– Printed Name Badges (name badge template attached to this page)
– Copies of the Agenda (to be printed out by sponsor)
– Atlassian User Group Sign (user group sign attached to this page)
– Printed list of attendees
– Surveys (survey attached to this page)

Attendees should be checked off the list as they arrive. If an attendee is not registered, please mark their name and email on the list. Once registration is complete, please collate this information and send a .xls file to lkhalil@atlassian.com

Attendees should be directed to pick up the name badge, an agenda, and a survey

Surveys

Surveys are an extremely important part of the Atlassian User Group. They help us to continually improve the user groups and sponsors much be vigilant about collecting them from participants.

Surveys should be translated into the appropriate foreign language (when necessary), collected after birds of a feather, and mailed directy to Atlassian at:

If the survey is translated into a foreign language, responses must be collated by the event sponsor and a summary (in English) should be provided to lkhalil@atlassian.com
