Symptoms

Running BambooConsole.bat fails for Bamboo 3.0 on Windows x64 with the following message reported:

Cause

The current Windows user doesn't have write permissions to the installation directory of Bamboo.

Resolution

Run BambooConsole.bat as a Windows user with the appropriate write permissions, or grant write permissions for the directory to the current Windows user you are currently using.
