Description/Features
A Confluence Default Theme found in v2.7.2 with the addition of a global configuration page allowing change of visibility for certain Confluence UI components. This is handy in certain situations, such as when your users are expected not to contribute content or you are keeping a space or site solely for documentation purposes and updated by only a handful of admin people.
You may choose to show or hide the following UI components (this list may change):
- Browse Space, Add Page, Add News
- Children
- Comments
- Print and PDF icons
- Breadcrumbs and search box
- Info bar (logo, location, user/group options)
- Labels
- Edit report (the "Added by...." text)
Settings affect all spaces that are using this theme, and only for non admin users.
Usage
- Upload and install configurable-default-theme-plugin.jar and set it active either globally or in a specific space.
- Access the configuration page at ...
