FYI, this theme does not look like it renders a permissions section when editing pages. Makes it hard to lock

Ah. Permissions weren't set correctly. I've fixed it.

It's the "left navigation" theme that comes with Confluence (in this case it's the Confluence 2.1+ version of the theme)
