When you are ready to submit your plugin, make sure you first read the Submission Guidelines 2006, and then create a child page here, using the format shown in this attachment.
Feel free to post your entries now. If you don't want anyone else to see your submission, then you can lock the pages so that only you (and the Atlassian admins) can view them.
After you've submitted your entry, be sure to add your info to the T-Shirts page, so we can send you a shirt.
