First Place! - Links Hierarchy Reports

Interactive (AJAX) Hierarchical view of linked issues. This plugin allows to see graphically how sets of issues are related, and perform actions on those issues. It's another powerful view into the state of your project.

Second Place! - JIRA Confluence Portlet

A JIRA Portlet that can display a single Confluence page (just the content, not the app chrome) and an edit link. You can use this to build a more interesting and informative dashboard for JIRA.

Admin facilitation activities

You can search your LDAP directory for any combination of usernames, first names, last names or emails. The results are displayed as business cards. When you have found the correct card, simply click it to create a new user with those values.
