Prizes

This year, we've divided Codegeist into four categories.

  1. Best Cross-product Integration - this prize the rewards the best integration work (plugin, gadget or otherwise) that integrates two or more Atlassian products or an Atlassian Product in an interesting way with an external system.
  2. Best Theme - we're not superficial, but for this category it is what's on the outside that counts. Make Confluence look like a million bucks. Any CSS modifications or Theme Plugins are eligble.
  3. Most elegant use of Javascript - Atlassian values the front-end as much as the back-end. We're brushing up our own javascript skills, and we think you should do the same. Usability and interactivity are the watchwords in this category.
  4. OpenSocial Gadget - we're bringing OpenSocial to the Enterprise. And this is a great chance for you to learn about the new technology – any plugin that includes an OpenSocial Gadget is eligble for this prize. We bet you'll love writing gadgets!

Each category offers a top prize worth $5,000 USD. With each prize you'll also receive selection of other goodies from some of Atlassian's favourite companies around the world.

Grand Prize winner (1x): Prize Package Value over $21,500 USD!
