are created easily from anywhere within the site.
written in a simple notation that is easy to use but allows for complex formatting.
organized heirarchically via parent-child relationships between pages.
navigated through flexible linking within and between spaces.
collaborated on via threaded or flat comments.
controlled through page level security permissioning.
tracked through page notifications.
maintained through a recording of page history.
are entirely searchable(including attachments).
exported to PDF, HTML or XML.
