To create a new link,

  1. Click on this '' icon in the toolbar. This will pop-up up the 'Link Properties' screen.

  2. In the 'Link' text field, enter a name for the link.

    In the 'Alias' text field, enter an alias name (if needed).
    (info) An alias is used to change the default label of a link if it is not particularly informative or attractive, and is useful when including the link in the middle of your own text.

  3. Click 'Ok' to add the link.
