    • nice walktrhough. what tech do you use to create this flash file?

    very slick nice macro (again)!

    • what happens if a page already approved by a reviewer and primus is updated by someone new. Does it show the last approved version? Or does it show the most up to date version, but indicate what was the last version approved by a particular reviewer?
    • what if you want to create a uniform approval path for a whole space?
    • what if the user removes all the approval macros from a page, or changes the approval criteria or usernames/usergroups?
    • haven't tested it, but will the usernames/usergroups work with external user management? Many macros do not and only work with confluence user management.

1.- I am using Instant demo good for monkeys like me.
2.- The latest version is always shown, haven't work around that one yet The approvals line will show all the approvals + the version on which they were granted. See the end of the Workflow Demo and you'll see that scenario
3.- That's done with a workflow, see the Workflow Tutorial
4.- If you remove the approvals from the page (or workflow) the old approvals will not be shown, unless they have been approved/removed. The criteria is evaluated every time it is rendered, so the availability is always up to date. BTW, there are some issues removing approvals/workflows, see APRV-2
5.- Haven't done any differently WRT externally managed usernames/usergroups... don't have such an environment for testing it, but if you point me to the right Issues I can start looking at workarounds...
