Blog posts to newsletters

A Perl script to send out email newlsetters using the new blog posts in a certain space.

Download: newsletter.pl

This script uses the Perl XML-RPC client to send out emails.

It remembers the publishDate of the most recent blog post it has seen before, and builds an email of all blogs posted more recent than this one, most recent first.

By creating mailman lists including, i.e. of the format blog-SPACEKEY, you can quite easily publish newsletters.

It is designed to run from cron, at the interval of your choice.
