run: java com.atlassian.uwc.prep.MoinMoinPreparation <pages_dir> <prepared_pages_dir>

example: java com.atlassian.uwc.prep.MoinMoinPreparation /var/moinmoin/wiki/data/pages /var/moinmoin/wiki/data/prepared_pages

Your "prepared" pages will be created in <prepared_pages_dir> with a .uwc extension.
