You can give Confluence a full makeover and completely customise the look and feel by installing or creating a new theme. For example, the Confluence Documentation Theme can be installed via the Confluence Plugin Repository.
Skin your Spaces with CSS
You can quickly change the look of a Confluence space by specifying your own CSS styles. For example, you might choose to change the background for the header at the top of each Confluence page.
