Setup Fails Creating MySQL Schema Due to Tomcat Incompatibility

Symptoms

The following errors may occur:

Tomcat is an incompatible version.

Upgrade Tomcat to use a version that is supported, especially a Tomcat version that is used in Confluence Standalone distribution.
