Index

The standard Crowd installation guide tells you how to install the standalone version of Crowd, which includes Apache Tomcat. Instead, you may wish to deploy Crowd onto your own existing application server.

You can install Crowd, and/or the other web applications included in the Crowd archive, onto your application server by using the exploded WAR files in the relevant webapp directory:

  • crowd-webapp — the Crowd application.
  • crowd-openidserver-webapp — the CrowdID server application.
  • crowd-openidclient-webapp — the CrowdID client application.
  • demo-webapp — the Demo application.

Crowd supports all the application servers listed in System Requirements.
