- How are users counted? How many users will I have? — The number of users is determined by the number of active user accounts. These users will have a username and be able to log in to your Confluence Team Hosted site. For more information, refer to the documentation on the default group.
- How do I upgrade my Confluence Team Hosted account to add more users? — We've now made it easier to upgrade your account whenever you like. When you decide it's time, please log into my.atlassian.com, and you will see a section entitled 'Hosted Products'. If you select the Confluence Team Hosted account, and click 'Manage', you will then have an option to upgrade. The application will automatically calculate your existing credit, and if you decide to upgrade, process the transaction immediately.
- What happened to the 15-user version? — The 15-user version of Confluence Team Hosted has now been discontinued. Pricing for Confluence Team Hosted starts at $89/month for 25 users. Please note that existing customers on the 15-user plan (both monthly and annual) can continue to renew their service at their existing pricing. - How do I change my credit card details? — To change your credit card details, you will need to log into your my.atlassian.com account. From there, you will see a section entitled Hosted Products. If you select the Confluence Team Hosted account, and click 'Manage', you will then have an option to 'Update Details' of your credit card. You may change your credit card details here.
- How do I migrate a trial instance to commercial hosting? — If you have an evaluation space you would like imported, please visit support.atlassian.com and sign up for a new user account (if you don't have one already). Then log in and create a support ticket in the Confluence Team Hosted project. Mention your trial URL or space along with the commercial URL or space. We will import it for you at no cost.
- What are the details of 10GB storage limit per subscription? — This is a hard size limit for attachments and content between all user accounts. If you require more space, you will need to use a Confluence Enterprise Hosted site (with a 35GB limit) or an installed edition (with unlimited storage).
- Is there a size limit for individual attachments? — Yes. For the Confluence Team Hosted evaluation there is a 10.00Mb limit for individual attachments. The paid Confluence Team Hosted has a 100.00Mb limit for individual attachments. (For Confluence Enterprise Hosted the attachment limit can be set by the customer.)
- How do I end my subscription to Confluence Team Hosted? — In order to cancel your Confluence Team Hosted subscription, you will need to log in to your my.atlassian.com account. From there, you will see a section entitled 'Hosted Products'. If you select the Confluence Team Hosted account, and click 'Manage', you will then have an option to 'Cancel Subscription'. Selecting this option will terminate your account at the end of the current billing cycle. Your credit card will not be charged again.
