If you'd like to a JIRA project for your plugin, here's what you need to do.

Get a committer account

Mail developer-support@atlassian.com and request access. Please include the details about the plugin you would like us to host.

Request the new JIRA project

Currently, you can't create a JIRA project automatically. Email developer-support@atlassian.com and we'll set up a project for you.
