A Finnish translation is under way. Most of the terms outside of the Administration pages have been translated. We expect it to be finished in a couple of months.
You can download the translation: ConfluenceActionSupport_fi_FI.properties It is currently for Confluence 2.7. We will add it as a language pack once we have updated it to the latest version.
