Folksonomy - Free Tagging

How about an optional implementation of folksonomy (free tagging) across spaces, along with a Technocrati, Del.icio.us and Flickr-style presentation of folksonomy tags? Mail, News (blog) posts, and regular pages could be tagged, perhaps even user profile pages. This would create a flexible structure to parallel the ordered hierarchical model.

    Very nice! Any chance of seeing tagging in JIRA too? I guess components already goes part of the way, but its a top down approach (only admin's can create components) which is kind of limiting.
