Timo is looking at my local Confluence dashboard... and the Atlassian dashboard...
http://confluence.atlassian.com/homepage.action
...and thinking two things:
1) I really want to hide the "Test" spaces from Recently Updated listing...because it makes my site (and especially Atlassians) look well...trashy. Test Space has 99.99% garbage. I'd like to have a global admin setting, and also let users pick/choose from the remaing spaces which ones they WANT to see recent updates.
2) Recently updated ought to work like <gasp> ... wait for it...Microsoft's Group By in Windows XP Explorer. (bear with me folks...MS does have some smart people & ideas...and they know that to "embrace and extend" is often a good strategy)
So embrace this <grin> :
I'd like to see Recently updated have separate colums for:
Type, Title, Space, Author, Modified Date
I'd like to be able to sort on all columns...and GROUP BY all columns.
And if I group by Date... I'd like to see the table have section dividers:
| Type | Title | Space | Modifier | Date |
