Russian_RU Translation

Attached translation is based on the translation by Vladimir Zhivolkovskiy (it was used instead of the first translation because it seemed to be more complete) and ConfluenceActionSupport.properties that comes with 2.4.5 version of Confluence. It is fully translated, but there are still a lot of stylistic mistakes, and meaningless english-like pharases. There are also some places where I couldn't find a property key for localization. I hope it has changed in latest versions
