WYSIWYG editor like Google Docs or Wetpaint

the "wiki syntax" might scare people. WYSIWYG editing more obvious for newbies.
Wiki Markup diff have many problem .
Give the users the option to use either. It's up to the users to choose which is easier.

I agree. A good Word (ok - OpenOffice) interface for WYSIWYG editting is what I'll pay for.
Mediawiki and Twiki are almost as good and free.
