To export a Confluence page written in another language, you will first need to install the necessary font for that language. This will basically involve uploading a font file to Confluence. Here are the exact steps on how to do this: 1. Find the appropriate font fileWindows usersAll font files in Windows are stored in a directory called C:\WINDOWS\Fonts Unix usersAll font files in Unix are stored in the /usr/share/fonts Microsoft True Type core fonts such as Verdana can be downloaded from this page: http://corefonts.sourceforge.net/ 2. Copy the font fileSimply copy the file into a temporary folder (for example a folder on the Desktop). 3. Upload the file

Really, most of the Russian text of a Confluence page appears in Russian in generated PDF too. Most, but not all the text! Russian text in the blocks like {code}, {noformat}, etc. appears in ####### charasters in a PDF generated.
What's the matter with PDF export and Russian language?

Hi, I am a bit new to Confluence. Is it possible to display international font...Hi,
I am a bit new to Confluence.
Is it possible to display international fonts correctly inside {noformat} macro in exported PDF document?
And one more problem - incorrect displaying of international dates in exported PDF file.
Installing additional font does not resolve these quite ugly problems.
It is possible to resolve (workaround in sensible way) these obvious bugs at all?
Thanks.

Hi there, Is it possible to display international fonts correctly inside \ mac...Hi there,
To my understanding, international characters are not able to display correctly in a PDF exported format page if they were wrapped in the {code} or {noformat} macros. However, we are aware of such problem and have a bug report already being raised in our Issue Tracker system:
Feel free to add yourself as a watcher so that you will be notified if there are any updates to the issue.
I would suggest you to raise a support ticket regarding this in our Support System:
This will enable us to further investigate the problem that you are encountering.
Cheers,
Tony
