Case sensitivity issues
All versions of Confluence 2.3 require a patch in order to work with Sybase. This is downloadable from http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-7925.

We are currently using Sybase 12 and all throughout Confluence's code, it references columns by both lower and upper case. It should not be referencing columns in all caps.
