The 'Space Permissions' view allows a space administrator to determine who can view and modify content in the space.

Go to the 'Space Permissions' view of the 'Space Admin' function. To do this:

  • Go to a page in the space where you want to view or assign permissions.
  • Open the 'Browse' menu at the top of the screen, and select 'Space Admin' from the dropdown menu. The 'Space Administration' view will open.
'Space Admin' is only displayed if you are a space administrator. If you cannot see the 'Space Admin' tab, it means that another administrator created the space and has not given you space administration permissions.
  • Click the 'Permissions' link in the 'Security' section of the left-hand panel. The 'Space Permissions' view will open.
