Your customisation options for Enterprise Hosting are identical to the installed edition, so simply head over to our Confluence customisation guide and/or our JIRA customisation guide. You are welcome to use an install version of Confluence/JIRA to make your modifications. Once you are satisfied with your changes, file a ticket via our instructions in Requesting Modifications and Support. Our hosted team will then apply the modifications on your behalf.
