FAQ for Development with Enterprise Hosting
Below are questions and answers specifically related to development if you have an Enterprise Hosted product. For each question, we display the first few lines of the answer. Click a link to see the full text for each entry.
- Customising Confluence and JIRA — Your customisation options for Enterprise Hosting are identical to the installed edition, so simply head over to our Confluence customisation guide and/or our JIRA customisation guide. You are welcome to use an install version of Confluence/JIRA to make your modifications. Once you are satisfied with your changes, file a ticket via our instructions in Requesting Modifications and Support. Our hosted team will then apply the modifications on your behalf.
- Requesting Source Access — Enterprise Hosted customers have access to the source code for the applications included in their hosted service: Confluence, JIRA and/or Crowd. To access the source code, log in to your Atlassian account and click the 'Source' link for the relevant product in the 'Licenses and downloads' section of the page.
