Importing from an Installed Confluence Site into an Enterprise Hosted Instance

Create an XML backup of the entire site or just the space on the installed instance.
Import the site or just add the space to your Enterprise Hosted content.

Importing from a Non-Confluence Wiki into an Enterprise Hosted Instance

Download the free trial of Confluence Standalone to any machine and install it.
Install the Universal Wiki Converter there as well. See the list of supported wikis.
Follow the Quick Start Guide to import the content.
Create an XML backup of the trial Confluence instance or just the relevant space.
On the Enterprise Hosted instance, import the entire site or add the space to your existing content.
