If you have an existing domain name that you would like to use, please have your DNS pointed to the IP address provided. Please also create a ticket on our Support site to have our servers be ready to accept your domain name and point it to the correct instance.
SSL is provided as a courtesy on the Atlassian domain name provided. If you would like to use SSL with your own domain name, you will need to provide a valid SSL certificate for the specified domain name.
