Deploying against OC4J when using the Oracle Enterprise Manager GUI:
In the deployment section, for OC4J in as10G (oracle), the build.sh must be run with the ear input parameter. Then that ear must be deployed in Oracle Enterprise Manager so that OEM can create and find the app in the applications-deployments directory. Also, the mod_oc4j.conf file must be edited to bind the new jira app to the oc4j home directory. Otherwise, the http server gives errors because it doesn't know how to find the jira app.
