Internet Explorer Users

Plugin files should end in '.jar'. If you download a plugin using Internet Explorer and find it ends in '.zip', you must rename it back to '.jar' before you can use it.

    Needed! A plugin or extension that will lock a issue to a user who's assigned a issue, so other users can not steal issues if a user has them already.. If this exists please point me in the right direction.

      You can apply a little process with the existing permission schemes customizations. You can have a "Assigner" role that can only assign issues and take away the ability of the "Developer" role in assigning issues
