JIRA Custom Fields allow you to insert new fields types into the system.
- Available Workflow Actions Customfield — A Customfield showing available workflow actions from the Issue navigator
- Database Values JIRA Plugin — This plugin for JIRA is a custom field that allows you to connect to an external database and fetch some values from there. After adding this custom field to an issue edit screen, you can select one of those values so it will be associated with the current issue.

- Last Change Field — A custom field that displays the last change
- Multi level cascade select — Multi level cascade select add a new custom field like a cascade select but with more than two levels for the options.
- Overdue Customfield — highlights overdue Issues in the Issue Navigator and displays the count of days the Issue is overdue.
- Parent Field Plugin — Shows a field from the parent issue on a subtask (read-only). What field is shown depends on the name of the custom field. The field should be named "Parent XXXXX," where XXXXX is the name of the field to be shown. To show the summary of the parent issue on the subtask, simply name the field "Parent Summary."

- Searchable Attachments Custom Field — A customfield which indexes File Content and File name
- Update Issue Custom Field Plugin — This plugin works like Update Issue Field Plugin. It is used to update custom fields with a specific value automatically.
- Voters and Watchers Custom Field — Two custom fields that allow you to search on users who have voted or watched an issue, and a custom field that allows you to vote/unvote on a issue from the issue navigator view.
- Whiteboard Plugin — All issues will now have access to a whiteboard from where you will be able to use sticky notes, sketch, draw, or even do modeling sessions. Your work sessions will be saved and you will be able to resume them.
