JIRA Plugins allow you to extend various facets of JIRA - new reports, custom field types or even your own RPC implementation.

• Customer Survey Lite Plugin — Using this tool it is possible to easily send a monthly customer satisfaction survey to the customer regarding a project in Jira. The administration part allows you to manage the different surveys and for example resend the surveys if needed. A portlet allows the project manager to see the results by month and click through to the actual survey and read the customers feedback.
• Electronic Signature Plugin — An electronic signature field that fails validation if an incorrect password is used. Developed and used as part of American FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliancy

• Schedule Planner - AJAX issue editing for bug triagers — First-level managers that have to load-balance between developers or push things off to another version often need to go through a lot of bugs. This plugin gives you a AJAX interface for editing (re-assigning/de-prioritizing/generally, changing) lots of bugs without having to load lots of pages.
