Description/Features
A quick version of the AccountCreator Tool, but no reliance on MySQL (I couldn't run it, and thought it would be quicker just to write a simple program than debug, so here it is ...)
Installation
Just unzip the attached JiraUserCreatorExe.zip, and run JiraUserCreator.exe
 | This is a .Net 2.0 app - most machines already have this, but if you don't you'll need to .Net 2.0 Runtime (free download from Microsoft), possible works with Mono?? |
Usage
Just run, set your parameters and go.
The import file is a delimited file in username,email,fullname order
The groups is a comma delimited list of groups that exist in Jira
