Description/Features

Go2Group's CRM Plugin is the only SECURE way to seamlessly exchange crucial information between development and sales teams using industry-best solutions. The CRM Plugin displays customer data from a CRM System in a JIRA ticket and JIRA issues in a CRM System screen, sharing timely knowledge between two otherwise disparate teams.

The Go2Group CRM Plugin can also interface with other CRM systems: Salesforce, SugarCRM, and any proprietary CRM system capable of using calls to database-stored procedures to access CRM data automatically.

An extendible Java API is available to integrate with other CRM systems.

This application is both bi-directional and SECURE.

For more information, including an online demo, please visit the Go2Group CRM Plugin page on our website, or contact Go2Group for specific requests.

Additionally, visit the salesforce.com TestDrive set up for our customers to try the CRM Plugin.

Usage

Installation is simple and straight forward - install the plugin on your JIRA server. Create custom fields in JIRA and add the desired report screen(s) to salesforce. For more information, see the Go2Group CRM Plugin Installation Guide on our support site.
