An
issue can represent whatever you need it to: a software bug, a development task, a documentation task, etc.
Every issue belongs to a
project.
In JIRA Studio, a project can be associated with a
wiki space and/or a
source repository. This allows the project's issues to automatically link to (and be linked from) their associated
wiki documents,
source files,
changesets and
code reviews.

To administer issues,
Click the menu labelled with your user name in the the JIRA Studio header, and select the 'Administration' link. You will need to be logged in as an administrator to see this link.

- The JIRA Studio and JIRA administration menus will be displayed at the left of the screen (see screenshot below). For details about administering JIRA, please see the appropriate section of the JIRA Administrator's Guide as listed below.
Note that some functions in JIRA are restricted for security reasons. Read more about Restricted Functions in JIRA Studio.
