Check your build expiry settings, to see whether you have specified labels to be excluded when the build expiry is run
Root Cause
Still under investigation.
Solution
There is a open JIRA bug report for this issue, unfortunately the only work around is to disable build expiry if you don't want builds with specific labels to expire.
