Error Message
The Clover JDT Hooks plugin is not correctly installed
Symptom
The Clover Plugin is installed in main Eclipse installation area.
Diagnostics/Test
com.cenqua.clover.hooks is not added in config.ini file.
Root Cause
The OS (Windows Vista) denying the modification of the config.ini file.
Solution
Manually update the config.ini file.
