- Setup a new JIRA instance version 3.12.1
- Startup JIRA and see if the error promts
Root Cause
The cause of this error message is because of the enabling of the JIRA FishEye plugin by default. Even if it is a fresh install, the FishEye plugin will still look for the URL it needs.
Solution
If you are not using the FishEye feature, you can avoid that error message by disabling the plugin. Therefore, it would not throw this error.
