Confluence is helping enterprise workgroups collaborate in over 30 countries, but did you know personal licenses are also available? You can launch your own personal wiki to share with friends and family, create a blog, organise your life or inspire world peace. We recommend starting with organising your life before tackling world peace, but that's up to you . Interested? Find out more at

Meet the Customer Advocates
------------------------------------

Atlassian is committed to living up to its promise of legendary service - the last thing we want is to become another bloated enterprise software company that customers love to hate. Atlassian is tackling this head on with the introduction of a new customer advocacy team. They're here to ensure you get more than what you expect from a software company. To that end, you'll find three new faces in the San Francisco office: Jim Conaty, Lan Bui, and Eugene Katz are here to help you.

Got questions about our software, available plug-ins, licensing, or anything else product-related? Start with the advocates. They're friendly, courteous, and generally nice folk to work with! If you don't hear from them first, you can reach them during Pacific Standard Time hours at (415) 701-1110 or by emailing sales@atlassian.com.

Blog of the Month
--------------------------------

BOSS Logic is the blog of a self described "demented technologist." And while we cannot argue with the author's self anointed title, we certainly appreciate his comments about JIRA and Confluence. "These are two fabulous tools for task management, project tracking and collaboration." Thanks for the compliments!  Check out his comments and other comments on technology here:

What the...?
--------------

Based on incredible number of customer votes for an Animated Paper Clip, we have succumbed to the intense demand and decided to name the little fellow Nigel in commemoration of the famous bat hunter and scientist Dr. Nigel Batguano.  Nigel will pop up when you least expect him and will offer helpful tips such as "You made a mistake" and "You look tired and should take a break." Look for Nigel in the next releases of JIRA and Confluence.

That's it for now folks... talk to you next month!
