What was Observed

I've noticed that we're seeing more freqent pallet failures on deliveries of resin pellets arriving over the past two weeks. So I pulled some numbers to confirm. I was surprised to see the more frequent delta on receipts vs. utilization.

Had another incident this morning.

Potential Causes

Resine corp. was looking at changing corrogated suppliers. Maybe the result is someone cutting corners on spec.

Next Steps

Sending note to Steve in procurement to look into this data and talk to Resin Corp.

    John, I think you may want to look into your new receiving protocol as well that just went into effect. Your guys may be causing some unintended cascading effects.
