Confluence 3.5.3 Release Notes

The Atlassian Confluence team is pleased to announce the release of Confluence 3.5.3.

This release introduces the option to configure the synchronization interval for Crowd and JIRA user directory types. The synchronization interval is set to an hour by default. In previous releases of Confluence, you could change the default setting for LDAP directories only. Now you can set the interval for directories managed in Crowd and JIRA too. Details are in the documentation.

We have also fixed a number of bugs. The complete list of fixes is at the bottom of this page.

Upgrading from a previous version of Confluence should be fairly straightforward. Please read the Confluence 3.5.3 upgrade notes. We strongly recommend that you back up your confluence.home directory and database before upgrading.
