Confluence activity showing in JIRA activity tab

Problem
Clicking on the activity tab on JIRA issue, somehow includes the information/activity on a Confluence page
Diagnosis
Environment
- Have Application Links configured to Confluence
Cause
This happened because you have Link your project to the Confluence project using Projet Linking.
Resolution
Remove the project linking if not needed.
