All the menu are missing from Issue Navigator.

  • Issue occur only after user restore their XML backup from JIRA 6.4.10 to JIRA 7.0.0
  • Filter button, query button and issue page viewer will all be missing.
  • Everytime user tried to open the Issue Navigator, following error will be shown in the error log:

 

  • Run JIRA in the safe mode to ensure user plugin did not cause this.
  • Try on other web browsers (Chrome/Firefox).
  • Run full reindex and integrity checker.
  • Check if any system plugin was disabled.
  • JIRA Inline Issue Create Plugin is disabled in System Add-on.
  • Enable JIRA Inline Issue Create Plugin is disabled in System Add-on.
