Problem
Unable to transition issue to any status in JIRA and move issue to other swimlanes in JIRA Agile.
- No error exist in logs
- Permission helper is checked and have sufficient permission
Diagnosis
Diagnostic Steps
- Check on the workflow.
- Check in the post-functions and conditions if there's any additional non-default functions exist
Cause
This is caused by JIRA Suite Utilities or any other workflow add-on that might have been deleted or missing during upgrade/migration
Resolution
Reinstall the necessary add-ons
