UPM Does Not Show Any addons

Problem
Navigating to manage addons, UPM does not show any addons.
Diagnose
JIRA is accessed without any SSL/Proxy
Cause
Setting up proxy/SSL can affect this case, since UPM 2.18.4, UPM does not work with none standard proxy settings per Unable to locate Jira server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration.
However, there is a fix for some certain configurations which is fixed on later versions.
Resolution
The fix for this is at UPM version 2.20.2, please upgrade your UPM
